Rodan and Fields: Unblemish provides you with a 3 step acne treatment designed to work its way deep into your pores, heal skin, and prevent future blemishes. Step one involves an acne treatment sulfur wash, step two is a clarifying toner, and step three is an acne benzyl peroxide treatment. Some of their major ingredients, such as benzyl peroxide, are extremely popular and have been proven to treat different cases of acne.
They charge about $101 for a supposed 60 day supply, and we have serious concerns about some of their main ingredients, such as sulfur. Sulfur is an industrial chemical that would technically kill off bacteria, but at what cost. We know the side effects of benzyl peroxide, which is not worth $50 by itself, let alone $101. There are really no ingredients that could counteract these results.
Rodan and Fields: Unblemish is definitely an unusual product group using sulfur and benzyl peroxide together. It also sells at an extremely high price, and the ingredients they do reveal don’t justify the extremely high price. They definitely don’t necessarily kill acne, and they will do significant damage to your skin. This is not a product we would suggest.
